At Lushious Luxuries we strive to give the best service to each and every one of our clients. In order to do this we need your assistance. Please ensure to fully read our policies.

No children in salon for insurance purposes. .

Please come alone to your appointments as we do not have a large enough waiting area to cater for other people.

When you make an appointment you will receive an email asking you to confirm, this will explain that cancellations are free with at least 48hours notice. Less than this you will be charged 50% of the appointment total.

If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel with less than 2 hours notice you will be charged 100% of your appointments total.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. We do ask that you avoid arriving more than 10 minutes early.

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable, but would urge you to be on time so that we are not keeping other people waiting. We will only hold your appointment for 15 minutes maximum. After this we will be forced to cancel your appointment and you may still be charged. If you think you are going to be late we would be so grateful if you could call us or text so that we can advise if we will still be able to fulfil your appointment.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you do have any concerns please get in touch and we will do our best to rectify. We at Lushious Luxuries pride ourselves on offering the best quality treatments to all our clients and want to ensure every single client is happy. ​If you have any issues with your nails, please get in touch asap.

We guarantee our nails for 7 days and will fix for free within this time. After this time there will be a small fee depending on the product used. -

If you wish to remove a treatment from your appointment please advise us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in you still being charged for the treatment.

If you are paying with a voucher, please know that all terms and conditions still apply. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice 50% of your voucher total will be deducted and if you no show or cancel within 2 hours of your appointment 100% will be deducted from your voucher.

Please ensure you book the correct treatment. Booking the wrong treatment may result in us being unable to fulfil your appointment. You will however be charged in full for the treatment you have booked. If you are unsure of exactly what you are wanting please get in touch and we can assist.
